Phase 2  Includes strategies for defending yourself against a person already inside your “safety zone” and explains how mental and emotional preparation may be different for a person known to the victim.  We will build on techniques from Phase 1 and learn additional techniques and strikes.  Identifying potentially hazardous personality types and  “red flags” will be presented, as well as information about “date rape” drugs, their use, effects, and how to know if you have been given such a drug.

It is necessary to complete Phase 1 prior to participating in this class.

A total of at least 8 registrants are necessary, or class may be rescheduled.  Current count shown may not reflect an accurate count.
